Steptoes Yard (D & D Contractors) began life within the demolition industry, but soon realised that too much valuable and recyclable material was being needlessly damaged and discarded.
Consequently our reclamation yard evolved and has seen unprecedented growth in the last few years. Whilst remaining actively involved in demolition, we still source from other like-minded dismantlers to provide a steady supply of choice reclaimed products.
We firmly believe that even if an old mill must be demolished, the materials salvaged should be used in the rebuilding or conservation of other structures. This ensures continual use of our natural resources.
